TinyGo Conference は、すべての参加者が安心して学び・交流できる環境を大切にしています。
私たちは、誰もが尊重され、歓迎されるコミュニティを目指します。

目的

このポリシーは、TinyGo Conference（以下「本イベント」）に関わるすべての人々が、
安全かつ快適に参加できる環境を守るための基本方針です。

登壇者・参加者・スポンサー・スタッフを含む すべての関係者 に適用されます。

禁止される行為

本イベントでは、以下の行為を一切許容しません。

性別、性的指向、年齢、障がい、外見、体型、人種、宗教、国籍、職業、所属などに基づく差別的な発言や行動
性的な言動、性的画像・表現の共有、性的関心を強要する行為
脅迫、ストーキング、つきまとい、許可のない写真・録音・録画
発表やイベントの妨害、攻撃的・侮辱的な言動
SNSやオンライン上での嫌がらせ、誹謗中傷、名誉を傷つける投稿
その他、参加者に不快感・恐怖を与える行為

相談・報告について

もし、ハラスメント行為を受けた・目撃した場合は、ためらわず運営までご連絡ください。
あなたの安全と尊厳を最優先に、迅速かつ慎重に対応いたします。

報告方法

会場スタッフ（「TinyGoConf STAFF」バッジ着用）への直接報告
または、以下のオンライン報告フォームからご連絡ください

ハラスメント報告フォーム（Google Form）
（匿名でも送信可能です）

報告された内容や個人情報は、プライバシーを尊重して厳重に管理します。

対応方針

報告を受けた場合、運営チームは以下の方針で対応します。

状況の確認と関係者へのヒアリング
被害者の安全確保とサポートの提供
行為者への注意・警告・退場・今後の参加拒否などの措置
必要に応じた会場運営・警察等への通報

すべての報告に誠実に対応し、透明性を保ちつつ、個人の尊厳を守ります。

期待される行動

TinyGo Conference は、参加者同士の協力とリスペクトを重んじます。
以下の姿勢を心がけてください。

相手を尊重し、思いやりのある言動を心がける
技術的議論は建設的に、個人攻撃を避ける
初対面の人との距離感を尊重する
誰もが安心して学び・共有できる空気を作る

適用範囲

本ポリシーは、以下すべての場に適用されます。

TinyGo Conference 当日（本会場・ワークショップ・懇親会など）
オンライン配信・チャット・SNS等の関連コミュニケーション
イベント準備・撤収・関連イベントなどのすべての期間

Purpose

This policy is a basic guideline to protect a safe and comfortable environment for all people involved in TinyGo Conference (hereinafter referred to as "the Event").

It applies to all parties including speakers, participants, sponsors, and staff.

Prohibited Conduct

The Event does not tolerate any of the following behaviors:

Discriminatory remarks or actions based on gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, appearance, body type, race, religion, nationality, occupation, affiliation, etc.
Sexual remarks, sharing of sexual images/expressions, forcing sexual attention
Threats, stalking, following, unauthorized photography/audio/video recording
Disruption of presentations or events, offensive or insulting behavior
Harassment on social media or online, defamation, posts that damage reputation
Any other conduct that causes discomfort or fear to participants

Consultation and Reporting

If you experience or witness harassment, please do not hesitate to contact the organizers.
We will respond promptly and carefully, prioritizing your safety and dignity.

All reported content and personal information will be managed strictly with respect for privacy.

Response Policy

When a report is received, the organizing team will respond as follows:

Confirmation of the situation and interviews with relevant parties
Ensuring victim safety and providing support
Measures such as warnings, ejection, or future participation bans for perpetrators
Notification to venue management or police as necessary

We will respond sincerely to all reports, maintaining transparency while protecting individual dignity.

Expected Behavior

TinyGo Conference values cooperation and respect among participants.
Please keep the following in mind:

Respect others and act with consideration
Keep technical discussions constructive and avoid personal attacks
Respect personal boundaries with people you meet for the first time
Create an atmosphere where everyone can learn and share comfortably

Scope of Application

This policy applies to all of the following:

TinyGo Conference day (main venue, workshops, social gatherings, etc.)
Online streaming, chat, SNS, and other related communications
All periods including event preparation, cleanup, and related events
